Before 180MEDICAL, I had constant problems getting the products I needed every month.
My doctor recommended 180MEDICAL for ostomy supplies. I called and spoke to Jessica. She listened to me explain my situation, and gave me immediate recommendations to solve the problems I was having. She suggested some products I had never heard of before. No one had ever asked me to explain what was or was not working, until Jessica.
Since I started ordering from 180MEDICAL, I have all the necessary supplies on time, and I no longer feel anxious about getting everything I need each and every month.
I highly recommend 180MEDICAL for all your medical supplies. They really care about their customers.

Everyone that I have talked with have been very helpful, kind and courteous. They were patient with me and if there was anything they couldn't help me with they made sure I was connected with someone who could. The orders are accurate and on time.

I did not know I could log into the 180 website. Every month I was getting an email from 180 asking me to refill my order. If I wanted to change the numbers or shipping address I called 180. In January I went to Florida for 5 weeks so I called and asked them to changed the shipping address to Florida. The following month they also shipped them to Florida, so I had to carry them back in my suitcase, leaving some of my clothes behind.
I just found out today March 9 that I could log in and change the shipping address myself, but don't know if I would have to log in the following month and change the address back.
180 Medical should make more clear how the website works.

Ive been using 180Medical for years and have never had a complaint. I receive my catheters on a monthly basis and customer service really cares about you. i recommend, they've never failed
