below average goodwill. bathrooms are locked. not even a code you would have to get an employee to open them for you. items were wrongly priced. "some one changed the tag" ...then put it back? I don't get it. other locations have bathrooms open and are pretty nice if somethings price seems wrong. but not this one. selection is decent but there are two close goodwill that are the same or better with bathrooms available

Very dirty store, rude employees, clothing racks so packed you can't look at anything without breaking a hanger, and bathrooms are never open. Plus too many homeless people camping out near the store in the parking lot, makes me feel very unsafe. Not to mention the occasional one running out stealing stuff. Oh and when the bathrooms are open, they get closed soon after because someone was doing drugs in the bathroom again. That seems to open way too much at this location, I'm not coming back here. I don't recommend this place to anyone

The manager does not accept returns. It is a disgraceful store. The headquarters must definitely inspect this store. Such a valuable institution should not work with such managers.

Very friendly reception from Lady at the register. Great finds, lots to go through and comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely stop in again. I definitely appreciate the friendliness and decent prices.

This store is horrible employees are awful & rude especially management !! You can’t even look at clothes cause they are to tightly packed on the rack and the store is filthy . Doesn’t matter if you are shopping looking at an item they will walk right in front of you without so much as an excuse me to put something on the rack. Counting back your change forget it they just shove it in your hand and say here

Waited in line for 10 minutes with no worker in site and the costumer service was unkind and hostile….the lady working in the front said the tags where switched and then the rest of our transaction was uncomfortable and she was judgy and rude as if we switched the tags… very disappointing

I have donated here many a times and had a good experience.

Came today (02/14/2024 08:24 pm) to drop/donate item and the backdoor was closed/locked so I knocked and asked the guy I saw from outside and the brother had some attitude problem it seems. Same thing happened last time as well but I ignored. If he is not happy then he should speak with his manager but man, that has to change to survive in the world.

Anyway, not coming back again at this store because there are no signs if it was closed or not. I am not a magician to know if it was closed or not.

I’m late in posting this review but it’s STILL lodged into my brain. I was at this location last October. Frankly there are a LOT of Goodwills in between where I live and where this one is located. I wanted to try one I hadn’t been to before and looked at their reviews which I rarely do when looking up businesses because I like to form my own opinion(s) on the places I go to and the people I interact with and the reviews weren’t good. Prior to getting picked up from Dial A Ride I got bad stomach pains and because I’m still fairly unfamiliar with the rules and all that goes with being a passenger I went ahead and took the ride. I flat out told the driver that my stomach was hurting and I learned she couldn’t steer off the map of where we were headed unless it was for me to use the bathroom. It wasn’t that kind of pain. Due to so many different stomach pains over the years I’ve learned what each one means and if I can ignore it, pray for a distraction, massage my stomach until it feels better, or if it’s urgent and I absolutely have to go to the ER. I had thought me massaging it lessened my pains so I got off the bus and went shopping with my cart. About 25 minutes in, I realized that I couldn’t stay as long as I set up my trip to be so I called my insurance company to have them send me my insurance information because I knew the ER would need to see my information to have me be seen. He did and then I called my SIL to loan me some money so I could pay for a cab to take me to the ER. I rushed through the checkout line and threw all of the bags into my cart and waited outside for the cab. It wasn’t until after I was discharged from the ER that evening and my pains were gone that I noticed I was overcharged. I called the Goodwill to see what I can do about it and she said I could come in when a manager was there and we could go over the receipt and fix the errors. She (the manager) told me that when you go shopping on Thursday which I did I would see on my receipt that I spent $2.00 on the blue tags and the items that weren’t sale items would show up as they were so like $5.99 and so forth. I never noticed that before but I also have always put my trust into Goodwill being honest that I don’t always look at my receipts thoroughly. I was also told that you only get the 20% off when you buy non sale items so in my head I had around $60.00 spent between the sale items and non sale items. One item was as low as $0.80!! To this day I still don’t understand how that’s possible but anyways. She found ONE error and offered me store credit. I refused and said because I was overcharged with my own money I should get that money back. She reluctantly accepted. It was only $2.99!!! I know I counted around $15.00 that I was overcharged but I couldn’t prove it since she was telling me their “rules and policies of their nationwide store”. I protested to friends and family that I would NEVER go to a Goodwill again because of that. And I didn’t for a few months then decided I just won’t go to THAT location again even though they had a better selection for my size pants. I spoke to an older man a week ago from the Goodwill by me and I told him what this manager told me and he said it’s all wrong, the 20% coupon given to customers by email CAN BE used on non sale items too! I was flustered and felt cheated for ALL the times I’ve shopped at Goodwill and used my calculator so I could get that discount and to find out I never needed to!! So much money I could have saved!!!! ?‍♀️ Well, now I know. All I can say to the people reading this review is to check your receipts before leaving ANY store because you never know who’s stealing from you. This store gets 2 stars because I was overcharged and not given the right amount back and them having a great selection of pants for curvier women.
