Pricey clothing items that are not worth the price. They don't seem authentic. If you want a related hip hop fashion for half the price, then this is your shopping shop. If you want designers to go to Saks and Fifth, at least they are authentic and legit.

I placed an order with 380 Fashion three weeks ago and have yet to receive any information about shipping or tracking. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I haven't received a response. This level of service is disappointing and unprofessional. I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I would advise caution when ordering from this company until they improve their fulfillment process and customer support.

This place is a scam. I ordered clothes online almost a month ago and haven’t received my order or any tracking information and they don’t reply back to emails or voicemail. Don’t trust them.

Purchased a $65 print t-shirt and returned seven days later to make an exchange but the young lady advised that I needed a paper receipt. I advised her that the other young lady who sold me the shirt did not give me a paper receipt but I did receive an automated texted receipt which I had. She advised that she can’t do anything with that. I was confused because it’s what they gave me at the time of purchase. Secondly, the brand is PPZZ, I asked the young lady what did it stand for, she didn’t know. I asked where was it from and she advised it was a big brand in LA. After google research of the brand everything lead back to 380 Fashion… why wasn’t she truthful? Wouldn’t shop there ever again.

I wished I had a better experience here in this store. My son came here and purchased over $300 worth of merchandise and two of the items were supposed to be on sale so when we went back to ask we were told the prices were different than online even though when we called we were told the prices are to be the same as online. You would think they would honor the sale price as a first time courtesy but no we were turned away. Never again

Worst customer service ever. Owner it’s a liar, scammer, rip off. Overpriced items. You call them they give you a price over the phone when you arrive they charge an higher price. DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE !!!
