It has been years since I have experienced the outstanding customer service and reliability from a company! I ordered my crystal July 3rd at 11am in hopes to receive my order as soon as possible for my Anniversary July 4th. An hour later I called the corporate office praying for the quickest way possible to receive my order. Sherry was amazing enough to have the order rushed and processed to pick it up the same day at 4:30pm! The crystal came out beautifully and the recommendations for the modifications of my picture was greatly appreciated! I have to say I cannot be happier and more grateful for the corporate team in NY. Thank you again! I have already recommended your services to all of my friends. Keep up the outstanding customer care and service that you provide and I give an even higher praise to the customer service team!

The best place to order your 3D print! The lady on the chat room, Sherry was super helpful and patient. She guided me through the whole process before I place my order. I was looking for a unique gift for my father’s 80st birthday when I found 3D Innovations!
I was hoping for a good outcome on a photo that I took with my phone...the results surpassed anything I could ever imagine! My dad was absolutely amazed by the beautiful 3d crystal image!
It is a most beautiful, unique gift that will last through generations!
The customer service was excellent, I was guided through the whole process and the piece was ready in few days only!
I will be returning for more pieces in the near future!

This guy is amazing! This product is great, I bought this for my moths for her birthday and he imaging is absolutely spectacular. So realistic and such a great gift. Very impressed with the product and the service. Vitaly especially took his time to show and described the different kinds of crystals and was very accommodating on price. My girlfriend absolutely loves it and it is prominently featured in our living room. Look forward to buying more and would definitely recommend to anyone!!

These people were great, and the crystal was beautifully done. The crystal I chose, the Prestige, was an uneven shape that was difficult to center my image in, for exactly the way I had in mind. They sent me 4 previews via e-mail before I gave the go ahead to etch the image, after which they did the laser etching, and I picked up the crystal the following day. So I'm very happy with the product and my overall experience with this company.
