My mower deck was smoking so I took it in they don’t call for like 5 months only to tell me it had nothing wrong. When I get it back it is dirty and still smokes and some how the mowing got worse to the point where I can’t even run it. I wish I could give zero stars.

Larry, Jeremy, Jacob and Bobby are some of the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I walked in their door not knowing what I was doing but knowing that I had a love for cutting grass and the guys helped me get everything I needed to get setup and have maintained my machines with the utmost respect for my timeline every time. I would never even consider doing business anywhere else. Thanks for everything fellas!

To some people chainsaws are a way to cut wood for various reasons for me chainsaws are a way to make a living and to do that you need a reliable relationship with people who no how to fix them when I’m not able to myself. I can not stress how important it is for my saws to preform at the highest level and for them to reliably run at all times and all conditions. Though I don’t agree with what they charge sometimes I wouldn’t hesitate to let 3Youtdoors work on my most precious saws I own and there fast and I believe honest and in today’s world of business that is rare and I thank them for all the times they have fixed my equipment

Three separate trips for a belt, with the model number and I still cant get one that fits. Finally called an actual repair man and had it done in 20 minutes.

Can not say enough good things about this place!! Customer service is always great!
When I drop off a saw, or splitter, or lawn mower to be fixed, they get it done ASAP, and Everything I’ve ever taken in there, always works better than before I took it in.
The prices are very competitive especially for a small town store. And the products they carry are the best of the best.
Would strongly recommend.

The first thing I'll say is that their prices are high and the counter guys basically rude. Today I went back and the service was much better. Bella's going to give him a one but I think I'll give them him a 3 now. If there was 3 1/2 that's what I would give them.
