No Refunds! My mom bought me a dress and specifically asked if she could bring it back if it didn’t fit but what they failed to verbally inform her is that they would only do it for store credit. It was misinformation and they were rude with how they spoke to her (I was there and they were acting as if they didn’t remember her in there only a few hours later). If you want proper costumer service where they don’t take advantage of your mother go to Zeal.

Edit response: I was on ft with her you did not say for store credit and very well made it seem as if she could bring it back for a return like other stores. No one reads the receipts fine print. I highly doubt you are “sorry I feel that way”. Shame on you ma’am.

Love them. As the mom of a tiny human it’s hard to get out and shop. The girls there always are super sweet to my tiny and help me so much to find whatever look I’m going for.
