Possibly one of the worst car washes I’ve been to. Probably the hardest water that has ever come out of tap. If you don’t wipe your vehicle after washing, don’t go to this car wash. Water spots everywhere!!!

The manager at this location really needs to be retrained. She has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and it shows in the staff. I'm a daily customer and when she's not there the employees all have better attitude and service for the customer.
She has almost made it so unbearable that I drive 5 miles out of my way just for my morning stop. If you really want to see GREAT customer service please go to the Ironwood and University location the staff there is absolutely AMAZING!!!

Overpriced everything. Gas pump triggers are broken and keep pouring gas until you fiddle with them for like 10 seconds so enjoy paying for more gas than you needed. Also an INSANE hazard you would expect to find in a third world country, not America.

I hope this gets to the store owners that the young lady who was working Sunday am 11/1 was extremely rude . She had on the name tag "brat". Her and her partner were smoking right in front of the door, of course that is a state violation. they were blocking the entrance and refused to even move when I tried to access the store. They thought this was fun or something. I could go on but what's the point. I'll definitely never go there again.

Not really 24 hours. Went in at 9:19 at

nite and was told couldn't buy anything because shift change even though nobody else there to start another shift. Also 9:19pm is a weird time to be changing shifts. Tried sending message via company web page but that's a joke. Designed not to send with constant error message

I was going here for the Car Wash. But since I located The Big Star Auto Wash & Service, I signed up for Unlimited Service & receive my car washes there now.
This place is ok, stalls are clean & shaded drying & vacuuming area. I'm disabled & just can't do this type of Car Wash anymore.

Employees at this 4 Sons are very very Rude. I was in there today around 10:30 when the manager Megan starting cussing at Polite Customer just because he said pump#5 had a problem. The manager started screaming and yelling in front of all the customers including me , at one point even throwing her apron Wow this really scarred me and my yound son.....We will not be back......Advice to owner - hire better manager's!

Gas station itself and the people that work there are great, but their pump that I used number three for diesel, was the slowest pump I've ever used in my life. And to top it off it didn't shut off automatically, just spilled fuel all over my truck and on the ground
