I was looking for mess kits, and this place was suggested.
Mostly clothes. Some cool gadgets. Lots of backpacks and accessories for backpacks.
Looked like a typical mall clothing store, complete with one person tidying product while the rest of the staff ignored everyone after the obligatory, "Hello."
Maybe I didn't look like the type of person who should be shopping there.
Seems like a great place if you want to look stylish while hiking or are really into specifically accessorizing your backpack.
Seriously. If you live/work out of a backpack and have OCD, this place is for you.

I’m kind of amazed this store is still open. I work for a major metropolitan fire department Here in the bay area. I’ve been in the store a few times over them last two years, looking for Stuff for work, whether it be clothes, a belt, a bag, etc.… There has not been a single time I have been in this store where an employee has acknowledged my presence with a simple, “hello,” let alone asked me if I needed help finding anything. Came in today as I was at Home Depot, and I needed to get
Some stuff for work. It’s in the same plaza, and I like to support local retailers when I can. There were multiple employees hanging out in the store just talking to one another and staring at their phones. I’m kind of flabbergasted that the customer service in this location is so blatantly poor. I came into the store today to buy a couple pairs of pants, a quarter zip, And possibly a new backpack. Once again as expected, nobody even looks up from what they’re doing to acknowledge a customer walking into the store. Probably would’ve been around a $400 sale for the store. I guess I’ll just order my stuff online from another supplier. Kind of done with 5.11 altogether now.

Overall experience is good.
There is not much variety at store.
But if you need some security guard supplies then you will get bit of everything.
Some camping stuff was there.
Prices were not low but stuff was not low quality either.

Okay ! Let me tell you this is your place for your shoes. Normally I would get a zipper boot for my job. But I didn't need that type of boot. I needed a comfy shoe that gave me support and stability at the same time act as a boot all the heavy duty style. The 5.11 A/T mid black is the shoe. I am 5'11 340 it's been 30 days and they still feel good and new just for kicks I ran in gym did squats normally that will break any shoe. Not these coming in at 150.00 They sure put some thought into this shoe.
