The lady who answer the phone is very rude , she useless and never wants to do her job you will call in she will make it seem like she is so busy where she can’t not assist you. No one wants to drive 45 minutes to a hour and what they want is not there . I would not recommend this store. Orange city stores has great customer service . Btw the guys who work at the Deland location is also very nice and helpful

The employees at your DeLand location have gone above and beyond to take care of our needs. The sales representatives are very patient knowledgeable, and helpful. The delivery guys are very professional. My mom ordered a bed and it was too high for her to get on to, The sales person ordered her a lower box springs and worked around my crazy schedule to get it delivered. I can’t thank y’all enough for your professionalism and caring attitude!!

I paid $2600 for 2 couches, I’m only here at this home for part of the year. Couches have both barely been used and now because I’m 1 month past my warranty date, they won’t fix the recliner that broke and can’t recomend me someone who can.
For how little I’ve had it it should have lasted longer, I have no kids, it’s only me in the home and it’s only been used a few months.
I offered to pay to have them fix it but they said because it’s a month past the warrenty of 1 year they are strict on that so I’m out of luck :/
I’m looking at replacement couches now and from what other furniture stores are telling me they would always be able to at least recommend someone to be able to fix it even if it was out of warranty.
Very disappointed. So glad I didn’t buy my second bedroom set from them.

Went in to see what was on sale due to them going out of business.As soon as I walked in the door with my service dog.I was rudly demanded and asked to leave."We don't allow dogs not even service dogs"I have never been treated so badly by a business.Maybe customer service is 1 of many reasons they are going out of business.

After only a little over 3 years of use, the must-have sofa I purchased at Badcock and More, began peeling in spots on the cushions and back. I jumped through all of the hoops that Badcock had me go through only to hear, that there was nothing they could do for me. The manufacturer no longer makes my sofa. Only 3 years of moderate use and my $1200 sofa will have to be replaced at some point unless I can find a place that will repair the peeling.
Badcock and More is still a wonderful place to shop. I will continue to do business at their store but I will request a warranty for all large purchases going forward. Lesson learned.

The best thing is that I was greeted when I came in, I shared what I was looking for, I was pointed in the right direction and then given time and space without pressure to look at what I came for. The salesperson checked on me but was not pushy. I love this! I can't stand overbearing salespeople trying to push their agenda or constantly upselling and giving no space for me to just have some time to look and experience what I am shopping for. When I purchased, all my options were shared with me to make it easy. The men that delivered my furniture where kind, respectful and thorough! They made sure everything was right and gave good advice.
