I’ve gone to Sally’s multiple times and its always been a pleasant visit, however a couple weeks ago I went in and Gabriella helped me choose a dry shampoo she recommended Eva nyc she said she used it and it worked amazing. After using it for 2 weeks I started to notice my scalp becoming sensitive and a lot of flaking occurring. Ever since I stopped using it my scalp has slowly started to recover, I hope the employees have knowledge of the products they recommend before giving recommendations!!

I would put 5 stars. However, I usually get decent customer service, but the gal that closed today was more into her phone, and she couldn't say hello to people as they walk in, I usually get a hello at the very least, but not her she was too busy on her phone and would only say hello to only a select few that walked in, I wonder what her criteria was to say hello, lol...and she was near the front door the whole time. I asked her a question and she seemed very bothered by me asking a question. Wow I was very shocked by today's customer service.
