When our truck travelling from San Diego to Oregon started having water in fuel problems literally in the middle of nowhere, and our driver was having to stop and drain his water separator multiple times, we were so lucky to find Britt's. We were able to get to them, and they had us fixed up and back out the door in just over an hour. AND they also supplied us with a spare filter cartridge, just in case the problem cropped up again. I can't thank them enough for being so friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced! If you don't already have them on your trusted shops list, you should add them. I did.

Had my glow plugs and fuel filters done at britts 2 years ago. The following fall my glow plug module failed, seems they didnt diagnose whole system they just plugged in new glow plugs and wiring harnesses. After having them changed again so soon after, it has been revealed that Britts put cheap chinese aftermarket parts instead of motorcraft. No wonder they went bad so soon...

Oh and also got around to fuel filters myself and it seems they even cheaped out on those, as I pulled a baldwin filter out, which does not have the vent and design made for a ford 6.0

Road service more expensive than usual . About $800. To change a tire, we know the road the service is expensive, but this is ridiculously pricey.

We were on our way to Mammoth and our truck broke down 90 minutes away from their shop in Bishop. We had to wait until they opened on Monday and they were so accommodating. We had the best service and for a really reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop.

BIG thank you to Cary and Glen, they help our driver with a broken spindle on his trailer. They went above and beyond to find a forklift to offload and reload the material on our trailer plus give us room in the yard to store the material for a day at no extra charge. THANK YOU!

We were on a trip this week hauling a camper and towing our Jeep with our GMC Duramax. Around Bishop CA. my fuel filter status went from 50% to 0% and the truck started to stumble. We contacted Britts on a Sat evening. The next morning (Sun) Mike from Britts called us back! His shop was booked solid for two weeks but he told us to limp it in on Mon morning and he would try and fit us in. They replaced the fuel filter and did a number of other checks and then we were back on the road. Great service. Great people. Fair price. Thanks for your help Mike!

So glad to find a local shop to work on my 2015 2500 LTZ. 3-day turn around and lots of communication. Had the same thing done at the dealer in April for $1200; Britts did the job for $350. There seem to be people who love or hate Britts; count me amongst the fans. Thanks again for the great service!
