First of all I wanted to make sure that the review I'm doing on this " Lane Brant "" is Not the same that I had already complained about it!!!! This is in the city of Downey.
The Amazing lady Juanita it's her name .customer service DEFINITELY one the that I'll never forget 💯 everyone in this store are with a positive attitude smiles I mean happy employees. Thank you for your AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE 💯

Jocelyn is AMAZING!!!! I recommend asking for her when you visit the Downey store. She measured me, because I did NOT believe I was wearing the correct size bra. Apparently I had been wearing the wrong size for years, based on someone else that had measured me incorrectly. However we do sometimes change in weight over time also. So it's good to get remeasured from time to time. Especially when we know we have gone up or down in weight. Anyway, Jocelyn went out of her way in a few ways to ensure I was in the right size, and was very kind and genuine. A combination unfortunately we are not used to anymore. I had a wedding to go to, and needed the right fit for the 👗. Thanks again Jocelyn, you're the best !!!!! 💫

It was fine, but there were a lot of women in line and only one cashier. The other cashier was messing with a mannequin.
She didn't attempt to help anyone else until she finished with the mannequin. I'm disabled and I stood in line and I didn't say anything but I was in a lot of pain and it was a relief when she finally finished with her mannequin and came and started taking people at her cash register.

I have been to this location twice, I was helped Rose the first and second time along with Berry. They were so helpful Berry helped my sister find just the right one. Rose has the best customer service and the both made the experience a great one. I will be back to purchase from this location.
