The staff here is so sweet and helpful. I had a concert to go to and no idea what to wear and the sales associate working was extremely nice and picked out the perfect look I probably would have never noticed without her help. The prices were so good too! An entire outfit for less than $100 was surprising. Thank you girls!

Workers are very rude and stuck up. Customer service is terrible and needs a lot of improvement. Workers are not equipped to handle basic customer interactions. Lack accountability and want to assume I took a top from a two piece set when I went to try on the pants. When in reality, top was found dispersed along the racks from whoever else decided to remove it. Even then, still had the audacity to look me up and down and even try to peek in my bag from afar. Just overall extremely unkind and no mutual decency

Have been going to this store for many many years. This is the first time I have gone in a while. The customer service was horrible. The girls working there left me standing waiting for a shoe size for about 30 mins while they changed the mannequin, put clothes back, and chatted with each other. They also did not smile seemed like they really didn’t like their job. I will not be returning after this experience.

Love stopping by this store they do a great job on keeping up with the latest trends. The workers are sweet and very helpful. I found out about it through a friend and I am glad she didn’t keep this a secret. Can’t wait to stop by again on my next day off.

The workers were rude and stuck up. I was discriminated because of my race and made very uncomfortable. The clothes were basic and horrible quality, dresses are so thin and see through. Cheap material but high price Would not go again

Fitting rooms closed due to COVID (totally understandable) but they didn’t extend/update their return policy. No refunds whatsoever and no returns after 30 days? Good for business, terrible for customers, especially if you consider self quarantine guidelines.
