Diamond Bar Goodwell staff, Rene, is amazing! I was running through 3-4 stores already for my donation bags (2x), he came out and assisted me and patiently explained to me about why they cannot accept any more bags until the truck is unloaded their overflow loads. But after hearing me ran through four stores and returned the trip back here, he took my bags! It is super amazing to find a hard working staff that who has empathy and willing to help out patiently!!

Hopefully we will have more 'human-ed' workers in any field like him this era!!! 🙏❤️

There's cute stuff often BUT the prices are usually a joke. They are the most expensive Goodwill I've come across and I've road tripped to goodwills. Even pricier than HollyWood/LA area. They're also posting some of the items on OFFER UP. You guys get items for FREE and have items sometimes costing more than new. The cashiers are usually nice but I think the manager needs to think over on the prices she puts. $150 on a bag you got for free, $75 for another bag, $75 for a Barbie house. People go to thrift stores for deals but it feels like they're a regular store selling used goods for some times higher than usual costs
It no longer feels like a THRIFT store.

Went in to drop off some donations. At the time there were alot of people. The guy working back there was very helpful in letting people know the procedures. He is Hispanic/bald headed/tattoos. I think his name is John. He was very helpful and courteous even though some of the people very impantient.He handled himself very good...

Rene and Holly are awesome ! Their hospitality is the best ! It’s an honor this store has these two employees. We purchased 2 bags of stuff the other day but left one bag in cart, my wife was so sad when he got home without the forgotten one. I called back and Rene helped to finally find that bag and kept them for us …

One of the best "Vintage Stores" anywhere! Overheard a lady at the check-out saying the same thing. We look for...quality of goods... merchandise cleanliness...service..
parking and price.
This one has it all...

No dressing room open. But there are a lot of ethnic Indian and Chinese/viet dresses. 109% silk dresses. But if I can’t try it on I can’t buy any.

This is absolutely the best goodwill I’ve ever been to! Such kind, generous, helpful workers. Jasmine is one of the most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and this location always has the best items to choose from and the most helpful staff! Thanks guys!!

Nothing against the workers , they are nice but the place does not let you try on clothes. How am I supposed to decide if I like it and fits right.
