I usually don’t leave negative feedback because I understand everyone has a bad day. On my way to work I stop by this racetrack for some snacks for the day. I tried to ask the lady behind the counter a question about her store product and she had the worst attitude ever. She was NOT doing anything except prepping bags for customers through the day. It would have took her 3 seconds to show me what I was asking her instead of her yelling over there. I know me saying I am not going back will not hurt them but better customer service will get you more customers. The guy cleaning the parking lot was SUPER nice. Can’t leave 0 stars but that is what you would get.

I was having a very bad day. Stopped for gas and messed up the number on pump and my pin. My day was going THAT well… The lady was training a man and was super patient with me and him. He was doing a great job. She was so kind and turned my day around. I’ll be stopping there again!

Clean and courteous. The thoughtful cashier even pointed out that the soda i had chosen was Sugar Free and just wanted to make sure I wanted that selection. I did not, so I exchanged for a different one. He may have been young but was indeed contentious, a rarity with the younger generation now. So maybe you'll give it a try. Hope you have as great of an experience as I did. And check your Orange Fanta Soda so you don't choose a Zero Sugar if you prefer something different.

Bathrooms are always clean and the store has a variety of stock that some gas stations in the area dont carry. They also have a Hunts Bros. Pizza inside. Super convenient and close to the interstate.

This has always been my go to gas station for years, but after tonight I will never return. 25 minutes before closing I gassed up and entered the station to use the restrooms. The attendant was rude and potentially discriminatory that I was refused service and access to their restrooms and I needed to leave if I wasn't purchasing anything in store because they were closing in '13 minutes'. Refused to provide general manager's contact info when I requested for denying me service during business hours because I would dirty their already cleaned bathrooms.

Waiting for a response from their corporate customer relations office, the insinuations from the employee were inappropriate and reading some of the other comments this seems to not be the first time something similar has happened where people get denied service to use their facilities.

The cashier was rude and with a attitude and I had to sit there and wait for all the customers were gone to get my gas and if she wasn't so busy with who ever he is talking to her she would be doing her job right . This will be the last time u would ever come here . It's a shame . Workers like that ruin it for the business. Sorry to say bt true.
