WOW so much to see and explore learning and feeling the textures of the gear we have seen in movies and videogames the helmets and vest, coats, boots and pants so many different styles and size too the real water cantines and med kits pouches, and sooo much more.the smell of the store is normal to old stuff but no in negative way the knives selection is also brought.
Even when far from the malls I consider it worth checking out.

Has a good variety of both domestic and international gear/clothing, as well as different time periods, hours can be a bit weird sometimes, but that is to be expected with a smaller business like this, I don’t feel like I am getting ripped off like is sometimes the case with surplus pricing. Overall, its worth the trip over.

M'eh. On the positive side this place has TONS of the basic stuff you expect in an army surplus store. Uniforms. Knives. Caps. The couple who run the store are a sweet sweet elderly couple and I was happy to do business with them.
However the prices aren't great. The staff don't really answer your questions but rather tell you what you want to hear. For example I wanted a compass that was liquid filled. I couldn't quite tell if the one I wanted was liquid filled. I was told by staff it was. He pointed out the compass dial was "floating" smoothly ergo therfore it was liquid filled. I bought it. Upon closer examination... no liquid. My friend wanted a Vietnam vet hat in black. He was assured the hats we found (encased in a bag) were exactly perfectly black. When we got them out of the bag they were camo pattern. It was as if the staff just wanted the sale and to hell with what the customer might think they need.
