Always takes forever to answer, when you go in person its less than 5 minutes whats the point and then when you do the recertification it takes an hour to get ahold of someone for benefits.. sometimes they’re nice sometimes they’re not. It didn’t used to be like this not sure what happened..

I have been on hold for a nutritionist since 9:46 am. I was hung up on repeatedly. I called back, transferred to the nutritionist line hung up on. I was told another time calling the call back assist system is down.
I use another phone to call. I have been on hold “ a few minutes” over an hour!!!
Called form another line the agent was rude. She said u will get called back at the 60 mins mark. No it’s broken or down. From what another agent advised me.
I told the lady I’ve been on the phone since 9:46 am! No one said it’s going to be an hour wait. I was told a few minutes!
She got snarky, and guess what?! Transferred me to the same line I’m already on hold for, for over an HOUR!!!

Highly unprofessional!!!

Sat on hold for over an hour to speak to the nutritionist, no answer called back and the lady just sent my call to someone and sat on hold for another 30 plus minutes.

This place always has the rudest people "helping" even if you have an appointment, expect to be there for 3-4 hours . They take forever to answer a phone let alone do the simplest tasks. They also look at you as if they're judging you everytime you go, it's just a stressful environment. On top of that, when I went with my 2 month old son, some kid did something to him to make him scream while I was turned to fill out paperwork that they rush you for . Most of the parents there don't know how to control their children. I'd rather save myself the stress and go to tampas location, even if this one is closer .
