They do the bare minimum. If you submit documents to them you got to go back and check to see if they submitted it to the other party attorney because most likely they wont. I had court today and for the second time they failed me. The DOR attorney sat in court and did not say anything and motion was granted to the other party. I was in court talking as my own attorney because DOR attorney was useless. If you have money for an attorney just do that because my case from 2019 and its 2025 and still nothing has been done.

These people are holding my child support back pay! My sons dad taxes was garnished yet the CLAIM the sent it back to the IRS! IRS states that is FALSE! Even sent notice the funds were sent to me! They say it’s cause of fraud, then it takes 180 days to hold before sending to me! So many excuses yet no one can give a definite answer! They crowed up every time I come in to address this issue! On the child support portal it states the money was sent to me on his but not on mine. I then requested the case be close now they are trying to FORCE ME TO WAIVE THE BACKPAY THEY ARE HOLDING! I’ve gotten my attorney involved because it’s clearly some type of FRAUD GOING ON! The GOVERNMENT isn’t real in you people in these positions will have to reap what you sowed. All to be overworked and underpaid! Trained liars and thieves Give me a at it’s WORST! They can’t even give me nothing and black and white to say anything about my case! Not even that they garnished it! How slick are yall to send notices to dad but not the custodial parent? Yet had he never said anything I would have never known! And they know this! Can’t give me NOTHING!!! Not even a notice saying the money was paid n SO CALLED SENT BACK BUT THESE ARE WHAT THEY SAY YET NOTHING IN BLACK AND WHITE! Then have thee nerve to say I can’t take him off child support because I owe the state $290! They have been saying this since 2018 about assistance I never received due to being on SSDI and SSI! Yet the garnish my sons support payments over 2k about this so called assistance I DIDN’T RECEIVE‼️ Took my sons CS and stated it was for my daughter who they don’t even share the same dad! How is this even possible let alone LEGAL!

They were very welcoming and quick... you are greeted by the guard then the sign in person. They ask you to put your ss# in on the key pad they pull up your info then send you a text with your number of the spot you are in line. Then you get a second text when your number is being called to let you know which window to go to as it is being called over the intercom. The worker was very helpful and got everything done for me very quickly. He explained what would happen and what I needed to do on my part. He also gave me information that I needed past what I had going on. I was very satisfied when I left and knowledgeable on what was going to happen with my case. I went after 1pm on a Wednesday and there was no one there so I was in and out.

Opposing counsel changed and falsified my financial evidence and sent in the paperwork to Child Support without the judges signature. Now Child Support has deducted over $5,000+ that my ex-husband owes in arrears. Child Support also took several years just to start collecting from him to begin with since 2020. My first payment didn’t reach me till January 2023 but I have been harassed due to his Attorney, contacting Child Support and falsifying more documents to them within a month but it took them 3 years to do anything for my children, when I already had legal paperwork from another state about his child support being owed they never acknowledged.

This child support office off of Dr MLK does not enforce orders.
If you're not receiving payments it's because they're not enforcing the order. You'll go multiple times, they'll tell you it's a process only to find out that they're not taking the necessary steps. They give the non custodial parent more than sufficient time, excuses and you'll end up filing your own petition, so don't wait long to file,
while this office makes a mockery out of you when they should be looking at themselves.
This office should be investigated for competency and ethics instead of rendering decisions on a bias.
No license revocation no jail sentence.
Not sure who's in charge of this office but they're obviously not supervising.

Worst Agency In the WORLD. These ppl have consistently held my daughters support payments all while deducting the funds from her father’s check and then threatening him with license suspension due to their incompetence. At this point we need to file a class action lawsuit because this seems to be a pattern and it’s FRAUD !!!

Florida office continues to withhold my payments and makes up lie after lie to justify why. I don’t receive ANY state assistance and my child’s father pays on time. Completely unacceptable and no one can give me a definitive answer as to why my payments are being held up. Very frustrating
