Our pickup teams are great! Just this morning I was picking up a tapioca tree that was knocked over by the wind/hail storm, trying to put it at the curb, and the yard waste team backed up the truck and they both (including driver) came over and helped me pick it all up! Thank you!!

Many municipalities offer trash collection next day after a holiday but not in our county. We have to wait until the next trash pickup (a full week) meanwhile we are one of the HOTTEST states. I am sick and tired of it. We have TWO recycle containers to try to reduce waste yet they do not care if a trash bag falls on the ground while their machine is picking it up. All of my containers are now cracked but they make ME pay for it when it’s their fault.

Our trash is picked up on schedule and they do a great job in the heat with large amounts of garbage in our more rural area-specially with all the limbs from the storms!

Trash pickup rates were raised while service has declined. FCC missed the Monday pickup jn Pavilion sub division today .I have lived here 25 years and have never seen a missed pick up for a whole neighborhood. Garbage stinks in this weather. You need to supervise these people

Garbage can was stolen. Called on May 6th for a replacement. Was told 17 business days (which is ridiculous). It's now June 9th, still don't have a can. Have called them 4 times and they admitted running out of cans.

Hillsborough county should consider contracting with a different vendor. We pay for this service. Unacceptable.

I can truly understand why so many reviews here are negative. This pathetic group gave my drivers license to the wrong driver at the Falkenburg yard waste facility.The witless burger flippers in the downtown office "customer service reps" hung up on me repeatedly when I tried to retrieve my identity and right to drive. This entire Solid Waste group is completely void of professionalism and any speck of ethical behavior. The manager Diane gave me the option to drive there without a license or wait patiently for my identity and right to drive to be returned slow mail. Only by calling the commissioners office did they agree to overnight what belongs to me by the next day. What gives these monkeys the right to hold my identity hostage anyway. STOOGES!

Worst waste collection in the east coast (blue bin).
Is very frustrating how lazy my blue bin garbage crew is. If the lid is barely open, they don't pick up. If garbage falls to the ground, it stays there. Is the bin is not perfectly parallel to the road, it doesn't get picked up. It is very frustrating.

I have lived in many counties and states and the service in the Seminole Heights area is the worst by far. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 star is because the recycling actually gets picked up as it should.

I understand it is not an easy job, but you are getting paid good money to do it, do it right.

I have just moved here this year and I am absolutely disgusted at the utility services in the city of Tampa. The city of Tampa took my trash can and I was instructed to put my trash bags on the curb until the new bin arrives. If you’re wondering, I did request a new bin.

I call the city of Tampa solid waste department every single day to request for my trash bags to be picked up. It has been over a week and there are bags and bags of trash sitting out on West sligh ave. I am so disgusted. If this is not corrected I will dump my trash at the front door of the city of Tampa’s solid waste departments front steps.

This is insane. Do something.
