I can’t tell you how much help Tammy was. I think the public forgets employees are just doing the best they can with what they are given by their employers. This was the fastest permit we have ever pulled and she was an absolute delight to deal with. We need more Tammy’s in public service.

Tammy is incredibly abrupt and rude. She has seriously condescending way of speaking to people. She does NOT answer her phone or return voicemails in a timely manor, then when you drive to her office (2 wks after submitting for a permit with no response or correspondence at all) she acts as though you are inconveniencing her by coming there, even though that is clearly your only option if you actually wish to speak with her. Once I went in, in person, she told me "You're just going to have to wait. I don't have access to your file right now and my phone is not working." No, "I apologize for the inconvenience" ... or "Let me see if I can run upstairs and check for you" ... Just simply, oh well sorry for your luck.. How do you run a business for the County with that attitude.

Tammy and Brittney are always considerate, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We are a contractor and have never had a problem with their service. We have pulled dozens of permits and have never had a problem with their service. We are happy to live and work in the city of New Port Richey.

Tammy is really nasty to work with. She really needs to NOT be working with the public and if she is the face of NPR building department, then I really feel sorry for the residents of Pasco. We are attempting to fix a building that has been hit by a car. She is threatening to fine the community while we are awaiting engineering to apply for a permit. She keeps saying there isn't a permit application......no kidding, we can't get a permit applied for without the engineering....she certainly should know that.....but she isn't listening. City really ought to move her out of that position into one where she isn't having to speak with the public. She is a nasty piece of work and has a mouthful of putrid bile just looking for someone to spew it on. Definitely has anger management issues.

The whole building department is rude, Brittany has no idea what she is talking about -yet they let her screen calls like she is the building official. The building inspectors are not qualified to do their jobs and the city won’t allow citizen grievances. I am glad to be taking business to the county.

All I want to do is pay my bill!! Answer the phone! I have been calling for over a week straight!! I am disabled and cannot make it into the office to pay my water bill. I have always had a problem with NPR Water dept NEVER answering the phone. I'm so sick of this. If you don't want your money fine by me. I know how to turn my water on and off.
