I had Labs done excellent job. I stopped at the counter for Hearing Aid issue to remedy my hearing aid. They wanted to schedule me for another day for something so simple as to information or provide a replace head for my hearing aid. It would not have taken more than 5 minutes of the Hearing Technician time to resolve.
They did provide a package to send my hearing aid directly, which I do appreciate not having to come again.

The Port Richey VA is great. Everyone, from their admin staff, to doctors and nurses are very professional, friendly and have very caring attitudes. I have not come across one employee there who has not been kind, helpful, and considerate

We took Dad here and since I am his caretaker i deal with the administration. They were very helpful and actually gave him a complete physical and treated him for a condition he never knew he had. I feel this location is excellent compared to previous clinics. This location is very good and the staff extremely helpful.

This CBOC has its act together. They are accountable and empathetic. Great staffing, clean facility and a lot of specialty clinics for a CBOC. Only drawback is sometimes their communication isn't as timely as it should be. Very good clinic overall.

First off, Dr. had the lights turned off in the room, too dark in my opinion to do a visual examination. I had to tell the Dr. about physical conditions of my body. Second, and IMO most importantly, at the end of the "interview" the Dr. waved me off with their hand. I found that extremely insulting.

Everything was great except the check-in machines are no longer active and the QR code sent my husband to a link that told him to check in at the counter. Hope this is a temporary glitch.

I recently received new hearing aids and the app that linked the phone to my hearing aids was only working in one ear. Chris, the audiology tech, was able to get it working for me.
