If you have a formal complaint against a patrol officer, it pays to call and ask to speak to their sergeant. Their boss will know what to do. I made a formal complaint against Officer Fermin. He should have completed all the citation paperwork ON TIME for pulling me over (which the initial officer on the phone will share with you.)

eXtremely arrogant, pushy, and when I called to report my missing license plate holder, after picking up my vehicle from the towing company, he said that it was "rusted" on the plate and he wasn't able to remove it that day. I'm not sure how a plastic holder on a year old plate was completely rusted on. It's illogical. The holder was from my Alma Mater, SCAD. It seems like dropping it off at the station is such a small civil RESPONSIBILITY. Small in size, but the right thing to do. Small brain and small heart for being a civil leader.
