Avoid the store! Even on Saturdays, the busiest day, if you can find a register, there’s never anybody at them! The store is a joke! I just threw about $500 worth of clothes on the register and left. By the way, it was the third register nobody was at!

My sales person, Eritrea, was so nice and considerate. She did what I thought was impossible after three months of searching: found the most perfect pair of shoes for a rehearsal dinner I’m going to! A beautiful soul and a kind hearted human, please seek her out specifically, she will keep you in style!!

Also, the other sales people in the shoe department were openly rude to my salesperson, myself and my grandmother. To the point where I made a statement to customer service about blatant cruelty and harassment. Rakada, specifically, thought that threatening my sales person over “stealing a sale” after simply saying hi to me was appropriate. In this POLITICAL climate, we can’t afford racism, sexism or ageism. Do not work with Rakada!! I spent over $100 on my shoes and I’m sure that hurt but kindness and decency were the choice, Rakada. I will be reaching out to corporate as well.

Eritrea will help and make the experience just fabulous!! Please please please go work with her (ERITREA)!!!
