This store is not 24hrs open that’s a lie also their workers are super rude all the time that I stop by I talk to them with respect and they’re ignorant also Restrooms are always “closed” never open when I stop by early in the morning, they don’t even deserve a star but I had to in order to leave a review. They need to hire workers with good customer service, the only good thing about this store is the gas price that’s the only reason i even stop by or else I wouldn’t step foot in that place, theirs always an issue.

This fastrip need their employees to realize that they work there and Yes you have to clean restrooms all day and night ...the only reason I gave a 1 star is because I had to in order to leave a review of this lying store that their restroom is always broken and out of order...I just came from Bakersfield and needed to use the restroom stopped at this store at 12 midnight and the employee was rude and his people skills need to be better , remember you never know who that customer is or knows and Todayy sir you just got reviewed by me and secret shoppers are everywhere I give this store a half star for being open at least that wasn't a lie. The owner of this facility has trained you well...to judge and not do what you are paid to do Customer service and consideration for the travelers at night because they don't want their restrooms to get messed up...Yes tdefinetly a half star for this store .

Worse service ever!!!
I’ve gone through this bad experience three times! The first & second time I did nothing but this time I had to go inside the store to request a refund back & they refused to give me my money back saying there is a cardboard outside that when you use your card they charge you a 25$ fee extra they ended up saying my money should be refunded within 72 hours which never happens it has never been put back into my bank account. It’s not right that I have to block my card in order for them to not over charge me . Worse gas station ever! Watch out with this gas station!

Customer service is really rude need to learn properly English not understanding customer has a right to refuse the damage money she's trying to give out needs proper training for customer service need to double-check the money when the currency is no longer good to give out as change
