The cashier and the worker needs to change. I have been living in the area for 10 years and always had great experience. My last 2 experiences with new hires have been horrible. I clearly explained that vacuum didn't work with 5 quarters. These guys accused me that I only put 4 quarters. This happened twice. I'm not going here until they change the cashier and worker.

I came to the Cox Family store Chevron at 2760 Dublin Blvd, Dublin, Ca 94568 at Sunday Nov 17 at 9:30 am to get some lottery tickets. But came out very very disappointed. The young lady who works there tried to get $6 dollars more from me from the lottery I was purchasing. When the pay slips itself states what the amount will be. Myself being a senior citizen and a military veteran is disheartened with this experience. The young lady needs to be retrained or educated on how to run the lottery machine. Hopefully other customers going to this place of business don’t experience what happened to me as well.

We always stop at this location on our way to the Giants games. The restrooms are always the cleanest and the employees are always so nice.

the cashier was extremely rude (she is short of stature, I asked her a question and she completely ignored to answer it yet she rolled her eyes when I asked, why she had run my license on the machine that never happens in other stores or gas station . Another worker had to answer for her. She needs to retire because she clearly hates her job and despises working closely with customers.

My family and I had been passing through the area on our way back from Berkeley to LA, but this was the best convenience store we have ever seen. Never have we ever been to a gas station restroom that has been so CLEAN, SMELLED GOOD, and been EXTREMELY WELL STOCKED in all of our years alive. Thank you to Maria and Maria for maintaining such a pristine and welcoming store and restroom for all of their customers. If we ever pass through again, I will make an effort to come back to this specific gas station.

I stop at the Hacienda Crossings store every time I drive to the Bay Area, which is a couple of times a month. I have been stopping here for years because the restrooms are always clean and very nice (like a home would have). Also, the store itself is always impeccably clean and they have a great variety of snacks & beverages. The staff is always friendly and appreciative of my business. Plus, during COVID they require masks and all staff wear them. Best stop around, by far!
