Updated review: Downhill fast. As far as cannabis dispensaries go, they keep a decent selection similar to other designer chains, with designer prices to match. I used to come here for the helpful staff, but there’s also been a marked decline in service at this location. If you can, head over to Erba on Pico or LAX dispensary right up the street on Lincoln.

A beautiful, clean, spacious store with everything you could want or need. They accept card payments and have an atm in-store. The staff were so friendly, and helpful with education and choice selection. I felt welcome, no one acted superior or made me feel stupid for not knowing what others have deemed some pretty basic details.
And Monday’s special were on Edibles!

You can never go wrong with ERBA . I love how all their products are great quality and the prices are always super reasonable for your pocket . Look out for the deals as well . Great deals every day of the week . Staff is always friendly . I’ve been to all locations however I must say this one here is the friendliest 🥰🥰🥰 and atmosphere is chill . Got me 2 cartridges and 14 grams for $65 bucks .

Staff the place properly. If you have ten people deep waiting to buy product, your under staffed you herbs. 🌿 Actually moving to 1 ⭐️ this place is insane. 2 people working during rush hour. See you on the other side of bankruptcy. Whoever owns this place they’ve processed 2 customers in 20 minutes.

Rudest people I have ever given my money to.
I go to the erba in Culver City and today just stopped at this location and it cured me from ever returning to any Erba.
How are you going to act like it's inconvenient to tell me the price of what I'm trying to buy?! You need to check your people Erba. There's too much competition in this city to act like fools.

Erba has become my go to spot. The staff is very welcoming and very attentive. They are also very knowledgeable and patient. Not to mention the beautiful set up inside. I’d rather gatekeep this place but it deserves a good review forsure. See yall soon.
