denied my 28 year old husband service because they thought his i.d. was fake. very unprofessional & obviously not trained to spot a fake I.d. need to find new employees asap if they still want business. we're just going to go to NorCal smoke shop from now on, better organized, more professional, and they are also open when they say they are open! ( The sign TWISTED ROOTS has outside their establishment isn't only unprofessional but embarrassing on their part. ) You're a better off taking your business elsewhere.

I don't understand the bad reviews. This is way bigger in terms of inventory, comparable in size, and cheaper than Mias. Bought a glass piece, car ashtray, and pipe cleaners all under $50. Russ is the man. He moves quick to get you what you need and doesn't try to upsell you. He even threw in some free glass screens when I told him I use metal. Definitely coming back. 5/5.

I've been to this shop several times and the experience has always been great. The guys at the front are really cool and go out of there way to help you. The atmosphere is real chill and so are they. I bought tabacco for my hookah pipe and it was fresh. I will definitely be back!

Shame, because it's less than a mile from my new house, but the store was closed during its posted hours, which is apparently a trend. Their sign did say they'd be back at 1200, but it was 1227 when I dropped by and they were still closed.

It really is the very most baseline service requirement of a commercial enterprise to keep their self-posted hours out of responsibility to their loyal or potential customers.

Thankfully, I went up the street less than a mile and gave my business to their competitor. I will continue to do so as they show respect for their customers' time.

Awful. Got a pen called "Eleaf". The box included the wrong charger and the wrong coil. The thing cost 50 dollars, which is way too much for such a simple vape pen. It stopped working after 3 days. The people at this store are not interested in helping customers, the juice tastes nasty, and I've never bought anything at this location OR the Monterey one that I didn't regret. Save yourself some trouble and go to a different store.

Here for a conference from Denver and needed JUUL pods. Hella pricey, but good selection. The worker(I think owner) was super chill and took care of ALL my needs. Thanks bro, you can expect my return every time I'm in Monterey!!

Been here before, not a bad shop, but just now when i tried to walk in ay 10:50 everything was still closed, so i just think it might be good to change the hours online to reflect it. Idk, the main door is open but all the shops inside are closed. Edit, which was explained and corrected. 5 stars.
