This bakery seems to have no quality control on the food. We got Veggies puffs, cake and Tutti Fruti bun, which was very expensive in the first place.
Veggie Puff had potato filling in it which didn't feel fresh and felt more like Samosa. The bun was spoiled and had fungus on it.

I had a disappointing experience with this bakery. Upon checking Yelp reviews, I visited the store and inquired about the Yelp discount. The employee initially claimed ignorance about it. After speaking with the owner and a bit of back-and-forth, he agreed to honor the discount. However, when I asked for the name to be written in blue ink, it was done in brown instead, which affected the cake's appearance. Unfortunately, we didn't inspect the cake before leaving, and this led to a significant disappointment during our birthday celebration, upsetting my son. We ended up having to purchase another cake. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Bought a themed mango cake but top layer was a thick paper for the theme instead of edible which was promised. Also the quality of the cake in terms of taste was not good as previous experience. Not happy with recent experience.

Great custom cakes, pastries and others. However, the front desk customer needs major update. We are frenquent customer for birthday cakes and deserts for adhoc occasions. Extremely slow in looking at customer line and processing checkouts, does not pack the order (saying it’s self pack), does not make an effort to look though and explain cake options, especially if it’s kept at opposite refrigerator. You are probably loosing customer in hand of slow/lack of motivated customer service team. I’m hopeful these services can be improved.
