We went out to Dublin to shop for tile since there were a number of good sized tile stores close by. All Natural Stone was our second stop. We didn't have an appointment (needed due to Covid) but they allowed us to wait in the lobby until Hilda Lee became available.
The store has an almost overwhelming number of all types of tile. We were looking for porcelain and their selection did not dissapoint.
Hilda was awesome. We don't remodel bathrooms everyday so we needed lots of help and recommendations! We also didn't have any ideas other than we wanted to incorporate a subway in the shower. Hilda took as much time as we needed on at least 4 visits and her eye for design was spot on in our opinion! She was super considerate of our budget constraints and always tried to find the most budget friendly tiles that met our needs. Super happy with the result!

Exceptionally wide range of selection. Almost impossible to miss whatever your Tile or Stone needs are. Both show room and storage area are open for customers to walk through. If they don't have it, most likely it doesn't exist.
Courteous staff of you are looking for something special, they will give you the recommendation to visit even their competitors with direction and location.
Down to earth service.
Worth a visit if you are planning something.

What an awful place! I was greeted by 2 women sitting at a desk who told me that since I didn't have an appointment I was welcome to look around & if someone saw me they might ask if I need help! 30 minutes and no one acknowledged me! Obviously no one ever taught these people to be attentive to all customers, because you never know who they might know, be, or how much they might spend! As I walked out the same to girls were chatting with 3 young men & said nothing to me! I will take my business elsewhere!
