Vanessa Camille is an outstanding employee. I went in to get my fingerprints only; I was totally prepared to deal with all the rest (photos, proof of training etc) back home...She said, "you know you can do all this here today". I was like "really? sure." She set me up, and I was out in 45 minutes from start to finish.. The fingerprint lady isn't terribly personable, but I suppose one gets numb over time. Photography fellah was nice, but Vanessa CAmille is tops and deserves to be recognised...outstanding employee

If there’s a standard for how an efficient government building should be ran, this is your example. Everyone was polite, helpful, and they have a system in order. Concealed license process took 17 minutes in and out! No complaints here.

I must say this is the best run government office I have ever encountered . I stopped in to renew a license. Friendly staff , fast and efficient operation . The management and workers are to congratulated . Five stars for sure !

So I’m only give one star due to fact that when I go in I get great service very but the issue is the phones ladies and gentlemen service should be great rather you are calling or going in person it’s now 3:09pm closing time is 4:30pm there no reason it should be this hard to have a phone answered .. fix this because you are a very important part of the license community

Great experience! I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment, but was promptly helped. The entire office visit took about 10 minutes, which is amazing. Thank you to all the staff for doing such a great job and having such a well tuned process.

I thought I was doing things the easy way by renewing my security licenses online, but I was sadly mistaken. After Tallahassee's computer glitches and lack of customer support, I paid a visit to the local Plantation office in hopes they could clear up Tallahassee's incompetency and lack of customer support. Upon entering the doorway I was greeted by a Security Officer who was very helpful and got me set up with a number to be seen. Once my number was called, I was greeted by a very polite, professional, and kind representative at the window by the name of Joseane. Joseane and the other staff members there were so friendly, polite, and helpful. It's almost unheard of now a days to be treated this well. They had me in and out with my ID cards in a short amount of time. For my next renewal, I will just go to the Plantation office. Thanks again for your great customer service!!!!
