2024 still damaged clothes being sold at premium , they should be removed !! They got zero standard shame on neiman .Surch a mess .clothes are stocked on those shelf you brown boxes stacked and dump everywhere either behind curtains or the dressing room .lot of trash DAMAGED AND RIPPED CLOTHES.they have now split the store in half right is premium left sub brands. Extremely limited selection of high end designer sizes.lot of defective items that fit very oddly.inspect everything before buying . You will find a few jimmy chou louboutin oscar de la renta versace herve leger burberry or mcqueen .they now got a fantastic wall FILLED with louboutin. The rest on the left side was a bunch of random unknow or not so popular brand with jacked up prices and quality not so great . Better off going to marshall and ross for those " low to median brands" . The high end selection looked sad depressing . their stock is beyond random so whats there one day may be gone the next .huge stock but SO MUCH JUNK. There is an sweet older lady there super lovely always kind and helpful every time i go , so thumbs up for her , she is doing a tremendous job. I absolutly love her and recommend her she deserve a raise ! The staff in the store is helpful and pleasant .THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF for being so kind .

Relatively small store with unique selections. It was odd though. The store was playing a continuois line up of mariachi music that was quite loud. I thought I was at a thrift store on Olivera Street. Don't get me wrong. I grew up in the heart of LA, which was ethnically diverse. I was just surprised that the store management portrayed the store in a manner not consistent with the brand.

I came in to exchange something my late father had purchased and was immediately shut down and couldn't even say a word due to some older lady treating me so rudely I felt speechless and degraded. Felt like crying honestly. Before too long my girlfriend spoke to the manager who handled our dilemma so professionally and even sincerely apologized for the lady's treatment. And I just wanted to say thanks a million to the gentleman manager. Appreciated being treated like a human being instead of like I was from another world. The world needs more people/professionals like him. Really appreciate you man. Stay blessed everybody. Alex

This place is very nice but the STORE manager JOSE. OR MARCUS here is wrong place working making customer feel uncomfortable and only for asking a question about shoe prices he not only embarrass himself but humiliate try to humiliate me and making me feel very uncomfortable. This is the example of management that shouldn’t be working in an environment working with people. Hope HR CONTACT ME I HAVE A LOT MORE TO SHARE hope this company removes people like this man

Love this store! Hurry in and check it out before they are all closed. They were scheduled to close all Last Call stores two years ago. It's only a matter of time before they are all gone. Best shoes and designer clothing at a fraction of retail price. Luxury and high end goods with a smattering of moderately priced brands.

Great customer service friendly staff. Yesenia helped us out and she was very nice, friendly and helpful. She greeted us as soon as we walked into the store and made sure to assist us with any questions we had.
