Purchased a $1000 jacket from outlet and came home with Sensor lock. Called store manger said human all made mistake. Only gave 2 options: 1 send a shipping label ; 2 drive 2 hours back to store. We had flight back to Canada today. I asked if you can take some additional discount, they rejected. So ridiculous. Definitely not going back to this brand. Who does it? The sensor not even operating while we left the store. But as a customer, we have to suffer the consequences. This store’s management team is awful.

If I could rate ZERO STARS I would. Horrible customer service!!! When I made a purchase on 10/17/24, I specifically asked, "What is your RETURN policy?" The associate, Fernando, told me, "Two weeks." Today, 10/18, I came to return the item because the person who I bought it for did not care for it. When I let the manager know that I wanted to return the item he said they only exchange items, not refund. He asked who helped me and when.he saw it was Fernando, he told me that Fernando had worked there for some time and would have said exchange only. The manager did not care if Fernando did not tell me that and basically did not believe me and was quite dismissive with me. Most shops would accommodate a customer who was given incorrect information but not Burberry. Extremely disappointed. Perhaps they need to train all of their staff to not be so rude and make sure they do not forget to clarify they only exchange when asked about returns.

Just bought a $1000 coat and I had the worst customer service from the manager at this location. After being a loyal customer to Burberry for more than 14 years, I will not ever support this business again and I don't recommend this store to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere. I'll also post a more in depth video about my horrible experience at Burberry to my 175,000 followers on my social media thanks to the service I received.

There was a decent selection there. Not many coats or jackets there. I was shopping for handbags but the selection was limited. However the prices are marked down from the original prices and seems to be a good buy.

7/19/21. ? ? Loved it! It's huge! More than twice as large as the Burberry outlet store ? in Livermore, CA. The men's department is amazing! Tons of last seasons & a year prior offerings! I bought four items that I never even saw at the Livermore store ? or at the Post Street, San Francisco flagship store or downtown SF Westfield Mall store on Market Street, but know that Burberry does not make clothes directly for their outlet stores; it's all from past seasons from their regular boutique stores. I'll be ?! I hope twice a year. The staff were very nice & helpful.
