God broke the mold when he made Alexis. I was lost busy she found me and made me feel like a king. Her manager must be proud of what an MVP and asset she has on her hands. Extremely professional and friendly. I can’t wait to return

So frustrating. When you come to the store and want to buy 10 to 12 shirts and you can't find any and you're at the manufacturer and they can order it, I can order it...Ugh!! Then!! Some wonderful salesperson heard what I was looking for and found everything!!

The staff was friendly and attentive. If I had questions they were nearby to answer them. We did go on a weekday to the outlets to avoid the crowds and we usually get better service. The store had some great deals if you were able to find your size. There was 50% off select items but we took advantage of the 80% off the socks. Priced at $15, we got each pair for $3. I picked up a suit at their outlet for just over $200. Sometimes it all depends what you are in need of and timing will dictate how good of a deal you get.

I really enjoy go to this store. The shirts are amazing. you can really enjoy the pants made in egypt for its quality. The sweater wow. You can find every you need for you office outfit. Thank you BB. No problems with the parking the employees are very polite and very helpful.

Great place to shop, they have mostly up to 2xl in men but always ask for help as there is sometimes more sizes. Overall great store

Love the Brooks Brothers outlet shop.. they are not made with the same material nor are they the same quality as a non outlet Brooks Brothers but they are very good quality for the price.. catch the sales at the right time for amazing deals and sign up fir their newsletter
