Worst product ever quality , horrible customer service, purchase a nice tennis shoes 500 doll for my wife as a present, next day shoes sole detached from main shoe body, come back to store for a replacement , employees send security guards to remove me from store, me my wife and my 4 year old daughter who was traumatize for the experience in the store, save your money on a real luxury company who stand behind their products , not this wannabe cheap brand, i looking for legal alternatives towards this company.

Terrible experience. Purchased a pair of sunglasses for $650 that broke the very first time I wore them. They don’t warranty them for even 1 day from the brand. Cheaply made. Do not buy anything from this brand.

The people there are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. They tell you something looks good even if it doesn't just so they can earn their commission. Their employees don't care about you and they are asolutely greedy and only care about their paycheck by having you buy stuff you don't need. Also tried placing an order and for some reason they need to do it in a special way and have you confirm the payment before you buy it and when they tried calling we said for them to email us and now they are saying that the it won't be processed even though we still had to confirm the order. Their employees don't know how to do anything which results in not being able to purchase anything. If I could give zero stars I would but AVOID this store at all costs. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

Rudest & most standoffish employees! Made us wait behind a rope while they laughed & socialized with each other not paying any mind to us waiting there. They looked over glanced at us & continued to have their convo.
