Only open on Saturdays from May through November, this was moved to Piedmont Middle School a few years ago from a district office up the street. The result is dramatic. The newer location is less cramped, and the parking issues are completely gone. It's easy to get in and out, which means I end up going more.

The variety is a little repetitive and limited when it comes to the fruit and vegetable vendors, but there's multiple bakeries, a honey stand, a flower/plant stand, and usually a fishmonger and a popcorn/kettle corn stand.

There's plenty of space for more vendors, which does make it feel a bit sparse. To sum up? it's a simpler market but I find it more accessible, and more chill than say, the Sunday farmer's market at the Great Mall.

Stopped by to do a quick checking out of it. I got here around 11:20am. Most of the stalls were seeking fruits and veggie. One stall was selling fishes. There was no stall selling food other than popcorn and chips&hummus. It’s a cute little farmer’s market to get fresh fruits and veggie.

It's not a big place but a little bit cute farmer's market. They open every Saturday morning so nice place to stop by on my way back home after hiking at Alum Rock Park. I like this place a lot not just because their vegetable or foods are so fresh and good priced but also because I feel like myself is refreshed too and feel some good energy from the market and people at there. Unlike city look in a sense but very beautiful part of city. =D

I am used to a big farmer's market (Like Irvington Farmer's market) where lots of fruits and veggies available. Since I had to go out on Sunday (the only day Irvington Farmer's market is open) so thought of checking Berryessa market on Saturday morning. This is very small market, hardly 5-7 stalls compared to Irvington (20-30 stalls) hence hardly got anything. I live 15 minutes drive from Berryessa market and will never visit again since it is very small market however must be good for Berryessa neighborhood. There were only 2 stalls for fruits and 2-3 for veggies 🙁

I wish the choices of markets available on Sunday was applied to Saturday. This farmer’s market if fairly small. There are no flowers, no baked goods and the selection of fruits and vegetables seems to be aimed at the asian population. I happy to say thatwe have some foods that we all enjoy. With all of thatsaid, you will still find me there every Saturday just before closing. That’s whenthe deals are had.

Cute small farmers market. And I love that there's a bakery vendor too, given how small it is. Really convenient for a quick pickup of some fresh food for the day.
