I tried to order 4 pairs of 40x30 Cowboy cut Wranglers Original fit, but they could only send 3 pairs. They were too tight around the waist: I buy size 40 as they are a little loose and when washed, shrink to perfect size. I told them this on the phone and they said it was not a defect and I would have to pay for return shipping. Not only that, but they only give you a week to return the pants and it cost me $16.80 shipping! Once and done with Bucksworth!

My son and I went to Bucksworth Western Wear, and it was a nice place with sweet store cats. We were looking for a hat but they weren't in the budget, so instead of trying to talk us into a cheap garbage one, they pointed us in the direction of other stores that may have better options.

Five stars with ease here . I would make it 6 stars if I could. My experience is "on-line" based because I am in Texas. I found a pair of boots on the their store and emailed to see if they were in stock. Got a response back withing the hour and confirmed that they did have them. I placed the order immediately and in just a few minutes got an order confirmation e mail back. Later that afternoon I received another email confirming that my order had shipped with a tracking number. Three days later order was received in prefect condition. A perfect transaction form Bucksworth Western wear !! Thank you !
