Awful customer service literally IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to pick up the phone like it’s not their job. Literally 0 stars. They are continuing to charge me after my final bill and read and it’s impossible to speak to someone.

These guys are great.
They're easy to get ahold of by phone. (Compared to the 45 to 60 minute hold time for the gas department)
They're helpful and they're fast.
The moron that was refacing my driveway busted a pipe in the ground and left the scene.
The water department showed up within 10 minutes. Turned off the water and actually helped me repair the broken pipe
Which was my responsibility.
This is the second time I've needed them. The last time my water meter blew out. And this is the second time that they've amazed me with their efficiency

The base pay is ridiculous... Our water bill is no less than $112 a month and we live in a small apartment! I know people that live in houses with lower water bills... They don’t want to help you at all... They will give you a once a year extension and that’s it. Very poor customer service. Everyone has an attitude problem here.

I can't believe the price of my water bill! I was on vacation for 10 days and my bill was $150 for me and my 2 small children. It was usually $70 in hollywood. More than double!!!

Most utilities or any business that provides service, disconnect service, if your about $200, $300 behind, but oh no not Sunrise they wait till your at about $600 before they take action.
