Wish I had read the reviews! This place is a SCAM.

Horrible. I bought a necklace and scarf. The credit card machine wasn't working so they asked if I could pay in cash. I attempted to pay in a $100, but they didn't have enough change. Luckily I had smaller bills to scrounge for $60, of which they gave me their remaining change to just be able to pay me back. I have to wonder what they were planning to do with other customers, as I was there kind of right when they opened.

That isn't the worst part. When I got home, I realized they never packed the necklace, which was about $40. I called and left a message and no one called me back. I had to leave the area before they were going to open so had no chance to go back and try to get the product that I purchased that they never actually gave to me.

I was shopping with a girlfriend who owns a small shop, and she was appalled. We overheard the salespeople talking about how hungover they were.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Sophia was very very helpful. There was another lady that was polite and welcoming (apologies I didn’t get her name) Both of them made a great team. This is the first time we visit 2bella and my daughter and I are definitely going back. Their customer service is amazing, they were all smiles and showed us everything we wanted in the sizes we needed. They are super patient and knowledgeable of their selection. I highly recommend this boutique.

The clothing is really cute, but poorly made. Washed my brand new cute crochet dress by hand, after I wrang it out gently, it had 2 holes in it ?. They said they would return it, but I had to pay for shipping, so not worth sending it back.
