I am so glad I found the new location in Crestline yesterday. The owner is precious and knows exactly what will work for me. I bought lovely things but the atmosphere and attention is just as important. If you have not been there you are missing a jewel! Find this shop and treat yourself.

I am in town caring for my mother who had surgery so I brought casual clothing only. A friend passed away while I’m here so I needed funeral
clothes. I tried the Summit with little luck. Most stores I entered had employees who acted like I was invisible. When I came to Serendipity, I was immediately approached by a woman who asked if I had a mission. She helped me find the perfect outfit for the funeral with shoes and accessories. I also found another dress I cannot live without. I think their prices are very reasonable and the assistance you get is so helpful. I will be back.

This shop is a breath of fresh air. Went to find something for my cousin to wear to her son’s wedding. They immediately set off collecting items throughout the store. Not only did she find several outfits for the wedding including shoes and jewelry, I found a great outfit for an upcoming trip! We’ll both be back!!

So snooty! I walk in and browse the store... no help whatsoever. Several sales ladies made eye contact but not
one spoke or offered to assist me. I will never shop this store. I love shopping local boutiques and will keep my business where I am welcome.
