Unfortunately - ZERO stars is not an option, so they get 1 star.

I ordered a basket on a Sunday pm specifically because I needed it delivered Monday. I called them Monday to make sure the order was received and would be delivered on Monday. I was assured that it absolutely would be delivered on Monday.

IT WAS NOT

I called back Tuesday very angry. My options were to pay for expedited delivery Thursday for $30. EXPEDITED? That would be 4 days LATE!!! And additional charge to the consumer!?!?!

Totally unacceptable. Totally unreasonable.

If I had been told Monday that it was not going to make it - I could have made other arrangements. Instead I had to call them Tuesday to find out what happened and then their solution was outrageous.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
