Awesome service and professionalism! My wife and I are on a 107-day camping trip through North America. While riding in the Nevada desert, my derailer busted and I ended up carrying my bike back to our tent site. I called Bear Valley since we were heading to California. They had me send photos of my derailer via text message. When I showed up at their shop two days later, my new derailer had already been delivered. They installed it and tuned my bike at a fair price. Highly recommended!

This bike shop has everything you’d ever need to ride! We forgot our cycling water bottles and electrolytes at home one time and bought it here. We also tuned up our bikes here another time before doing a big double century

Highly Recommend. My derailleur broke while riding the Arnold Rim Trail and when I stopped by the shop, Tim immediately diagnosed the problem and installed a replacement derailleur for me - all within about 45 minutes. He even gave us some great tips for other MTB rides. Prices were very reasonable. [Ask Tim for the AARP discount. 🙂 ]
