Bought a dress for my daughter’s 18th birthday debut (traditional filipino event). Owner was super helpful and nice. Helped her pick out and try on the perfect dress for her. Reasonably priced as well compared to other formal dress shops around. Would have done alterations for free. In this case wasn’t necessary.

Went to pick it up and it wasn’t even done. I dropped it off aug 25 and just picked it up yesterday. Had no remorse for taking that long and making me come back another day because she didn’t feel like doing it the day I came to pick it up. Not dependable at all and there is dirt all over the bottom of my ivory wedding dress! I didn’t trust them to keep it a second longer!
