I have been a frequent shopper of South for several years. However, the quality of clothing has dramatically decreased in the last year or so. I purchased a romper last month and had issues with the zipper in the store. I had to return it the next day when I noticed the zipper was broken and would not zip up or down. The store refunded the romper to a gift card and I ordered the dress pictured here online. In less than an hour of wear, this dress was quite literally falling apart. It had four separate holes in the top layer of fabric on the very first wear. Later, while shopping at the Tuscaloosa location, I saw the same dress with multiple holes in the fabric in the same areas. As cute as the clothes are at this boutique, the items are not worth the cost if they can only be worn once or not at all. I am so disappointed. This was one of my favorite shops at the Summit.

My fiancé and I were shopping here for a Christmas sweater for her. She was treated with the most passive aggressive racist attitude the staff could muster.

The girls working there fake smiling and running away as soon as we went in. They treated her like she couldn't shop there meanwhile she does Cybersecurity for the whole county so we took our money elsewhere.

One of my favorite clothing boutiques at the summit!! They always have the cutest tops, pants, dresses, sweaters, shoes, and jewelry! Only downside is they are sometimes more on the pricier side; however, the prices for these brands are almost spot on with any other retailer that sells these items, so it makes sense! It’s also nice to be able to shop these brands local and try them on before committing to the item. The employees are all so nice and seem really happy working there! They are all so accommodating, conversational, and willing to help! Not to mention, the manager is so sweet and really a class act! Highly recommend supporting this boutique!

I went to their pop up shop in Montgomery and was followed around the entire store. I could not even look through the shop’s merchandise without a least one or two sales reps attached to my hip. I was the only person of color in the store no other patron was as heavily attended to or if at all. My money spends everywhere but it won’t be spent here!
