10/10!! This place consistently offers a wide selection of apparel that always stays with the trends. If you’re looking for the perfect comfort colors Arkansas tee or crewneck, look no further! It seems like every time we stop by, I leave with my new favorite top — and it’s quality stuff that LASTS! What made me write in today was the level of customer service we received this evening. The two women working tonight (Sat, Oct 12) were so nice! They gave us direction on sizing and assisted us throughout our experience. We really appreciated them!! Thank you!!

The quality of their hiking/camping/outdoor Ozark shirts are amazing. As someone in the design industry, I adore their graphic designers! They are truly fun and my mom and I had to get a couple of tshirts and one for my husband. Their shirts feel nice and thick, it's easy to tell the design and them will last for a long time. Prices felt good for the quality and the staff are very nice.

Cute designs, but need to adjust their return/exchange policy. Needed to exchange an unworn shirt with tags still attached that was a Christmas gift, and they will not accept it since it wasn’t within 30 days of purchase. A little ridiculous to not even offer an exchange or in store credit! Especially around the holiday! Plus the person I talked to was very rude. Just wish they were more understanding.

The designs are pretty basic and some of the shirts feel like they have sandpaper because the print is so thick

Stopped in this location 2 weeks ago the store was so clean and well organized. Ally was fantastic helping me pick out some nice shirts and hats. I will definitely be back.

So my son bought a cotton t-shirt from this company at the NWA Mall. Cute shirt but he wore it ONE TIME and washed it. It completely faded. I mean huge blotches of faded areas on the shoulder and in the center of the shirt. It is unwearable now. He went to get an exchange since it was OBVIOUSLY defective and he had his receipt so no problem right? Ummmmmm NO. They would not do anything for him. No exchange, no merchandise credit and no refund. They said he had washed it so that made a return or exchange impossible. DUHHHHHHHH, the washing was what showed the defect. One washing destroyed the shirt. How would we know it was cheaply made and defective unless we washed it? SO STUPID. So basically, we will never buy from this place again. He paid close to $40 for a cheaply made non-colorfast t-shirt. So if you buy from here make sure you understand that washing the clothes invalidates the return/exchange policy OR just do not wash the clothes AT ALL. so you can get some wear from them. Absolutely ridiculous and they used zero common sense in this situation. Super disappointed since we really want to shop local and support local businesses but we will not spend our money on a company that won't stand behind the quality of their clothing.
