This is by far the best medical supply in town! Their staff is quick and efficient to get documentation sorted and sent to insurance and get patients the equipment they need. Customer service is top notch and everyone you talk to is highly knowledgeable, not to mention happy to help. You can rest assured that you or your loved ones will be cared for with a smile and positive attitude and all their needs will be met. They really go above and beyond to make sure everyone gets what they need and FAST ?

I cannot thank James, Susan, Brooklyn, and Cathy enough for all the help! I came home from a 40 day ICU stay and before we arrived home they had everything ready for us! Susan was amazing and the best RT around! She is kind and encouraging! You can’t go wrong with Access Medical.

I was treated with respect and the service was very good everyone knew their job and done it well. All my questions was answered and the delivery personnel was very. Called in about my oxygen and they was very quick to respond and help. I really recommend this place for your medical needs.

My doctor prescribed a power chair for me after multiple tests and evaluations. He sent the prescription to Access Medical in Searcy AR. I was told they would call me to set up the home evaluation which is required by my insurance. I waited and I waited. No call. I finally had to call about 3 times to get a return phone call from the gentleman who does those evals. We set the appt for him to come to my home. He done the home evaluation and told me he would call me on Nov. 1, 2013. Today is Nov. 18, 2013 and I am tired of waiting for his call. So I called them. I was told he would be out of the office for two or three days. Nothing specific. I do NOT understand this type of customer service especially from a business who is selling not only their products but also their SERVICE! I am not even sure what is going to happen now. I am in serious need of the power chair as my spine conditions are making it very difficult to be able to roll myself around in my manual wheelchair. I cannot take a single step myself. I have to depend upon wheelchair or a power chair. Can someone please explain to me why I deserve this kind of treatment from this company?
