This is one of the better revenue offices that I’m aware of. I have been coming here for years. The staff and management are very friendly and professional. They are very helpful and seem to go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Sometimes I will drive out of my way to use this local revenue office rather than others that are closer. Just because of the professionalism and courtesy of the workers here.

This place is so backwards. To get 16 year old a drivers license you can't use passport you have to get school transcript with no picture. But if I was illegal alien I could just get drivers license. No wonder we are in the mess we are in with this country.

I don’t know if I just came in on a good day or what, but I had the best experience in here. Waited maybe 3 minutes to be seen. Woman who worked with me was super sweet and conversational. They got me a new ID within 15 minutes.

I give my experience with the individual that helped me 4 stars. That individual was kind and efficient. HOWEVER, prior to walking in the door, I had called to gather some information and spoke with a different individual than the one who helped me in person. As I was repeating what I did/didn't know I needed to have with me for the information of the person that was helping me, the person that I had spoken with on the phone VERY rudely interrupted to correct me and let me know with surly emphasis on her words that I was indeed given the information I needed on the phone. I sweetly smiled and thanked her for correcting me since moving is very stressful and I appreciated her patience as I got things right *insert bless-your-heart sarcasm*. I'm not sure of her name (began with a D) but she has zero customer service skills and made for a poor experience.

I remember dreading any trip to the DMV when I was younger. My late grandfather would even drive to one in another town because it was faster even with the extra driving than to go to ours. That said, they have been outstanding in my experience for the last few years. Three of my most recent visits I walked to the ticket dispenser and didn't even pull a ticket out before I was asked by one of the nice ladies to come right over to the counter because they had ZERO people waiting! I don't even pack my kindle in my purse anymore when headed in they are so quick now.

The employees are extremely rude, disrespectful, hostile. I could not believe how hateful they were to myself & others that were also there at the same time. Terrible employees, rude attitudes. It smells terrible that building, just like the attitudes of the employees. I agree with another former comment, avoid this place! You deserve better treatment at another location.
