I went in a week before my due date to find a coming home outfit for my newborn. They said they’d be able to monogram it in time and got it to me in just a few business days. After picking it up, I realized I gave them a wrong initial. They were able to fix it and get it to be before I left for the hospital. The service and quality of work was incredible and I am so grateful!

I went into the store and was told as long as I picked an item that was vinyl they could at the monogram. Two hours after leaving the store I get a call stating they cant do the monogram on the vinyl. I asked if it was switched to embroidery how soon could it be done. I was then told "maybe the earliest would be Thursday". Well that is like six days past the day I need it. One would think since I was given misinformation from store employees a rush accommodation would have happened. Since they can't accommodate me because I wasn't given correct information I decided to cancel my entire over $170.00 order.

I had a fantastic experience picking out a gift to celebrate the adoption of my teenage twin sisters-in-law. MPD worked faster than normal to meet my schedule and wrapped the gifts with no up-charge. Fantastic service and great variety of inventory. Will be back for future gifting purposes.

Don't order from this company if you're hoping to actually get the size you ordered...I ordered a Size 5/6 Christmas pj for my son on November 12 in order for it to be here in time for me to gift it to him on dec 1 (leaving extra time for shipping due to Covid) when I opened my order, I found out the item they shipped me was actually a size 2t (which is obviously not going to fit my size 6 son) I found this out on dec 1. I called the company and asked them what they could do to fix the issue, hoping they would overnight a new pair, and expressed my frustration, and the employee barely apologized and then told me they couldn't do that and I would get them Thursday along with a shipping label because I needed to send the wrong size pjs back. Keep in mind the entire time I had to call the company for updates every time but one. I will never use this company again, which makes me really sad because I love to support small businesses, but their customer support was not there....
