Brand New Location and easy access from the Highway. Very friendly staff. They have a MailBox Center, Area for Customers to Print and Copy and they offer services like Printing, Shipping, MailBoxes, Notary Services, Packing, Returns, Copying, Scanning, Faxing and Shredding.

Excellent service, efficient, quick, and friendly. I often pay more to ship through UPS to avoid USPS because the service here is much more reliable than the Irondale post office and on-time shipping and scanning is important for my small business. They do also accept pre-paid USPS packages which is helpful!

Raj, Dahlia and Deonne were amazing! Excellent customer service. I had just moved to Birmingham, came in with a very heavy load to return a piece of furniture. Raj didn’t hesitate to bring his hand truck to get the item out of my car. Dahlia helped me navigate the best way to send, and Deonne helped me with another package to save time. Just wonderful, happy, and joyful people. Obvious they love their jobs and where they work and for whom they work. Bravo, UPS!
