Good selection. You should tell your sales folks to tell the customer about your administration fee when using a CC. I just looked at the sales receipt and not the CC receipt. The administration fee was not on the sales receipt. I was not aware of it until I checked my CC account balance a couple days later. I checked my CC receipt, and sure enough, there was a $3.00 charge on it, but not on the sales receipt. If I had known, I would have paid cash.

Neil has been taking care of me and my hunting buddies for the last two or three years. Every time I bring him a problem with my bow he always know exactly what the problem is. Very knowledgeable and a great archery coach. Between his knowledge of fix/tuning bows and his knowledge of archery I've gone from 7in groups at 20 to 5in groups at 90. 10 out of 10.

I took my craftsman walk behind string trimmer to this place, ended up paying $130. They had it for 10 days and according to the invoice worked on it 1 day. It still doesn't start and it was leaking fuel when I brought it home. I took it back and was told it had a crack in the fuel tank and it would be an additional $80 for the tank + labor. I brought it home removed the top where the pull cord wheel is and there were 3 screws missing that held the fuel tank in place. I replaced the 3 screws and no more leaking tank. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT take your small engine here for service or repair, these people are dishonest and do not know what they are doing. I will NEVER take anything back to them, EVER! You would be wise to do the same. You're just giving them money for nothing, as a matter of fact it was in worse shape AFTER their "repair". And I use that term very loosely when referring to this place. Has to be one , if not THE worst business in Hot Springs. I stand behind every word typed here.I was also told to just fill the tank half full and run it like that. That's the professional advise given to me by them. Terrible,Terrible,Terrible. I'm seriously thinking of turning them into the prosecuting attorney for a scam business. I am going to post this same review on Trust pilot. And any other review website like Yelp. These people should be put out of business, for their dishonesty and downright ignorance. Scam business!!!!

Impressive selection of all sorts of outdoor gear. Lots of other stuff, as well. I was only there briefly for a specific thing but I fully intend to return and check out all the rest of their inventory and services. Well worth the time to swing by and check em out. Super friendly and courteous staff there, too.

First time in the store. A young man was nice and helpful at first, then got tied up with another customer. I waited in front of the counter to be helped by the man or/or the woman behind the counter (8 feet away in plain sight). Never even looked my way. I literally waved my arms. No help. Not even a glance. The man and woman were too busy talking to what appeared to be a friend, and the man was cursing. Cursing in front of a customer. The store actually had something that I was looking for and willing to purchase, but they did a fantastic job convincing me that I do not want to purchase anything from their store.

Horns Outdoors is the type of busines that makes the USA great. A large inventory conveniently located and staffed by personnel providing outstanding sales and service. My purchase was a Stihl product but I suspect you'll enjoy a similar experience with their full range of products and services. Kudos to Laine and Sarah!
