As a former Kohl's employee, I highly recommend this store! No matter how many times I've shopped here, I've always had the same experience - great service in a clean store with lots of great deals in the Clearance section. If you don't ever look, now is the time to start browsing. You will be amazed at what you will find! There is one in the home goods department near the price-checker and one in the shoes department. They always have great clothes on clearance in every department. My former manager Alice still works here - she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Making payments on my card, whether in store, online, or on the app, is always a breeze!

I love Kohl’s and have shopped there which the opened their store in Trussville. I can always find what I am looking for and rarely leave without buying something which I did September 5. They people are always nice and very helpful. The reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the temperature of the building. This store is in Alabama where it is hot still in September and store felt as hot inside as it was outside. I don’t know how the employees were able to work much less breathe. Please lower the temperature so it’s at least comfortable.

Went to get clothes for my husband, son and myself for a funeral. Only took about 20 minutes. The store was clean and organized. I got $40 is kohls cash!

I purchased a pair of boots online for my son. 135$ is what as taken out of my bank account. I earned off that purchase 20$ kohls cash. Which I never received the email for it AND never used it. I don’t normally shop at kohls for many reasons and now I will never. Back to the story… I needed to return the boots because they didn’t fit. Upon my return I had the sweetest lady help me at customer service. She got my return done in 2 minutes. Then I noticed it was just for 113$. Talked with her showed my receipt online and she said this is wrong and called the first incompetent manager. She was no help rudely told me to quit explaining she knew what was wrong. Obviously she didn’t because then she got the second incompetent manager. They ultimately were saying I used that 20$ on the purchase!!!! I EARNED it on that purchase and in no way could use it. It was only to be used in two weeks after my purchase. They argued with me and said I was wrong. I left infuriated. ? they have stolen roughly 40$ from me. 22$ unreturned money and then 20$ unredeemed kohls cash. So… I called customer service while leaving. The customer service rep, Angel could do absolutely nothing because she couldn’t see where I purchased or returned it!!!!!! Told me to call tomorrow!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous from top to bottom!!! Will never shop there again!!!

I went in prob abt 30 minutes before closing to do Amazon return. Employees were all very nice and helpful. I of course got sidetracked by the clearance section. I did my best to hurry because I know from working retail by the end of night you are ready to go home. However, they all had great attitudes and gave helpful opinions. Everything was priced and marked well. Found some really need one of a kind items at great prices. A cool boardgame that is based around the original " Back to the Future " movie and a neat brownie mix kit that came with its own mini cast iron skillet. My son loved both and I got both items together for under $25. That's a good deal in my opinion. I always come to this Kohl's and never had a bad experience restrooms are clean and store is well organized and clean as well. Always have great sales. Will be back:)

I was in a hurry to find a nice outfit for my son’s baptism the following day. To my surprise, I was greeted my Mary Jackson and with a very warm smile on her face. She helped me with the correct sizes as well as showed me different pieces that would look great with the slacks and top I had chosen. She was pleasant, friendly and most of all had knowledge of the Women’s Dept. Once I explained the reason I was there she was genuinely as happy for me, as well as my son. I can honestly say, this is the 1st time anyone has ever offered to help me with the exception of the cashiers. I cannot say enough about Mary Jackson and her sunny disposition, anytime I return, no matter the reason, I’m going to be looking for Mary Jackson, I feel like I’ve made a new friend and she genuinely wanted me to look my very best! Every store should have their very own Mary Jackson and it would make some stores a lot more pleasant to shop in. I could not have found the items that she showed me and I bought everything she suggested and it was obvious that this was not strictly about making a sale. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I will always ask for her now.
